WEDDINGS • EVENTS • NIGHTLIFE DJI'm Ryan — better known behind the decks as DJ Puff. I've spent more than 20 years entertaining audiences across Central Pennsylvania and beyond, from morning radio to weddings, clubs and stages throughout the East Coast.
I also worked as a Live Nation DJ, performing at events alongside major artists including Rihanna, Kesha, Lil Wayne, Pitbull, the Jonas Brothers, the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block. Those experiences have taught me a lot, but the biggest lesson I've learned over two decades is simple: no two crowds are alike.
What fills one dance floor can empty another. A song that creates a huge moment on Friday night might be completely wrong for the people in front of me on Saturday. I've been doing this long enough to know that the crowd gets the final vote. I can walk into a room with an idea of where the night might go, but the people in front of me decide where it actually goes.
Musically, I'm open-format. '90s and 2000s pop and hip-hop are home base, but I'm comfortable moving between genres and generations when the room calls for it. After hundreds of weddings and a whole lot of late nights, figuring out where a night wants to go is still the part of this I love most.
